How to Make A rj45 Ethernet Cable Connector?
1.Putting the Blue Strain Relief Boots into the cable inadvace.
2.Using the Mini Wire stripper to strip the cable lightly and do not hurt the wire.
3.Taking the protective jacket out.
4.Putting them into correct orders. You will see eight colors (1-8) wires with copper core after stripping the outer cover of the cable. Then you need to line up the eight colors of the cable according to T568B standard: Orange White, Orange, Green White, Blue, Blue White, Green, Brown White, Brown. (T568B Standard used in home more widely).
5.Using the Gray Wire Stripper & Cutter to cut the wire and let the wires to be flat.
6.Putting the wires into the RJ45 CAT5 Connector deeply. When inserting the cable into the crystal connector, hold the cable tightly to avoid the wrong sequence.
7.Putting forth your strength to crimp the connector.
8.Finish and use the Cable Tester to test the cable.
